From 2003, when I just turned 20, to earlier this year I traveled to 20 countries in 4 continents, walked around approximately 50 cities and always with a low budget. During this time, I made a lot of friends, tried many different foods and, of course, had a lot of fun.
I know some people have traveled even more and this number might not surprise them… well it surprises me because I never imagined that something like that could happened to me.
Due to time restrictions (I am not a student anymore), I might not be able to travel that much in the near future, but since my adventurer spirit is not easy to tame, I decided to create this blog for 2 reasons: the first one is very obvious: I love to travel!, the second one is that when a person wants to go to El Salvador they change their minds once they read something about El Salvador being one of the most dangerous countries in the world… well that is not necessarily truth, I wanna show the world how such a small land can be so great at heart, and I couln’t think on a better day to start it than September 15th, the day Central American countries celebrate their independence.
What can you expect?
In this pages you will find adventures and experiences not only from me, but also from my international group of friends that will accompany me in my trips. They will write in English, Spanish or in their own mother toungs.

Where will we go?
Festivals, restaurants, bars, mountains, beaches, hidden places, well known places… Most of the trips shared will be in El Salvador and Central America: but who knows? my traveler spirit knows no boundaries.
Welcome to Qué Buen Trip!!!
I hope you like it

Amazing!
Happy independence day!
I had the beautiful opportunity to experience with all my senses El Salvador, in early 2006, for about a week.
But had the pleassure of learning about this country, a couple of months before and after my visit there.
And I have to say, that it is not dangerous at all. I remember a couple of friends and I, took a bus and started walking the city – San Salvador – even, went downtown, to the market and the stores around to buy souveniers.
It was wonderful, colorful and for sure, there is a lot to discover!
I love El Salvador, and its a joy to be able to read more about this amazing country here at: QUE BUEN TRIP!
Greetings,
KT
